Most providers are clearly pleased with Bed Management solutions, and optimistic about the future. In fact, 100 percent, of provider commentary—for all vendors-- relating to “future outlook” was positive, indicating that providers are pleased with what they have and are excited about the future. It is extraordinarily rare for KLAS to see a 100 percent positive commentary ratio, and it usually indicates an up-and-coming solution whose functionality will become a matter of “when” and not “if”. KLAS last saw this type of response in the PACS market, which has since become a core piece of most hospitals’ IT plan.
