KLAS and Scottsdale Institute have partnered to provide Scottsdale members with access to peer ratings on medical equipment, professional services, and software. Healthcare executives utilize KLAS data to monitor the performance of existing and prospective Health Information Technology (HIT) vendors.
Benefits: Scottsdale members who participate with KLAS, by rating their current vendors/products, receive the following benefits:
Participation: Participation involves a brief online or telephone evaluation to rate your vendor satisfaction. After completing your evaluation, you will have the opportunity to establish your own KLAS Online login and begin reviewing feedback from your peers.
Specialty Studies: KLAS produces specialty reports on health information technology topics, such as CPOE, document management & imaging, nursing, medication administration, application hosting, BI/Data analytics, and other HIT topics. Participants in these studies also receive a complimentary executive summary of the research findings.

Is my evaluation confidential?
Yes. Evaluations are confidential. Names and organizations are not shared, or sold, and all ratings are aggregated before publication.
Is there a cost to participate with KLAS?
No. There is no cost to participate and KLAS offers vendor performance data as a thank you for participation.
Will I be contacted by KLAS?
Yes. KLAS will briefly contact each participant by phone to validate the evaluation. As part of a provider’s ongoing use of KLAS Online, and to keep the KLAS Online database current, you will receive a web link each year to update your vendor performance ratings.
Can Scottsdale partners (vendors, consultants, etc) submit data?
KLAS only accepts ratings from providers.
