KLAS found two early leaders in the HIE consulting market: Impact Advisors and CSC. Impact Advisors was the only fully rated vendor providing HIE advisory and technical work, while CSC stood out as the only option for HIE hosting and managed services. Interestingly, nearly all providers reported high satisfaction, and two-thirds of respondents said their firm met or exceeded expectations. The real differentiators were the breadth of HIE experience and the scope of services offered.
