Although the current U.S. adoption of IV robotics is in its infancy, providers indicated they feel robots are the way of the future and most providers anticipate purchasing one in the coming years. Early adopters of IV robots report working through some issues but by and large are satisfied with their machines. Of Intelligent Hospital Systems RIVA and Health Robotics i.v.STATION customers, 100% indicated they would buy their products again, and Intelligent Hospital Systems RIVA customers reported the best overall experience.
