As experts in specific areas of healthcare technology, the insights team finds the important stories in KLAS data that you need to know. We share these insights via KLAS reports and consulting engagements.
Research Director Team
Research directors work with healthcare IT vendors to help them improve for their customers. They are experts in specific segments of healthcare IT and build rapport with the key providers and vendors involved. They also work with the Insights team to develop reports.
Client Relations
KLAS client success managers (CSMs) build strong relationships with vendors, firms, payers, and investors who are KLAS members to help them succeed. Provider success managers (PSMs) specifically help healthcare organizations in the KLAS Arch Collaborative address and improve their clinicians’ experience with their EHR.
