Our single patient record can be accessed from the hospital, clinic, home, and remotely through smartphones and tablets. Our customer community has achieved a growing nationwide network through Care Everywhere, which lets clients exchange clinical data when patients cross organizational boundaries. Physicians are connected through our client website’s Community Library, which allows for the exchange of user-developed content, and through EpicEarth, which will promote practice-based evidence and collaborative medicine. Patients at home are connected to their own charts, through MyChart patient portal and Lucy PHR.
