In KLAS' 2008 "Revenue Cycle Reformation Report", healthcare providers share perceptions, rather than actual performance scores, about revenue cycle management systems. This report reflects the opinions of more than 170 participants, mainly from hospitals with 200+ beds. Respondents represented business office, finance, and the information technology (IT) departments.
Perception studies focus on provider perceptions rather than actual performance scores in the marketplace.
Vendors included in 2008 perception study are Cerner, Eclipsys, Epic, GE, McKesson, Meditech, QuadraMed, and Siemens.
