Publication Correction

Today, KLAS issued a correction to page 6 of the 2011 Best in KLAS Awards: Software & Services report that published on December 15, 2011. Vitalize, a services firm vendor that qualified to be included in the Overall Services Firms Rankings, was inadvertently not included on the list. After careful reexamination of the services firms, the overall rankings have been updated. Those rankings are below.
