Why Use KLAS Data? How Can I Work With KLAS? Products & Services for Vendors Data Use Policy	Get Rated Providers search KLAS ratings daily to understand vendor performance for upcoming healthcare IT initiatives. They want to see how you and your products perform. A vendor/product/service must first meet the minimum inclusion requirements to be considered for the KLAS ratings. How to Initiate the Rating Process Submit a complete client list to KLAS via email or call 800-920-4109. To submit your list via email, click on the link above, and attach your client list using an Excel template. KLAS will only accept COMPLETE client listings to ensure ratings are accurate and impartial. Encourage your clients to evaluate your product. EVERY client must be included in the invitation to participate. You might consider: Sending an email or newsletter to ALL clients. Download sample text. Distributing evaluation forms at a user conference. Evaluations distributed at user conferences must be returned to KLAS directly from the user, or collected at the conference by a KLAS researcher. Vendors may not send in completed evaluations. If there is any question concerning accuracy or impartiality, your product will not appear in KLAS ratings until further evaluations are completed. Frequently Asked Questions Will KLAS sell or distribute my client list? No. KLAS uses your list solely for research purposes and does not sell, distribute or otherwise make public any client list. How Long Does It Take to Get Rated? KLAS pursues evaluations based upon provider request and our resources to fill them. However, expedited services are available. Can I Expedite the Rating Process? Yes. Expedited services are available for a fee. Please contact a KLAS research director for further information.
