Data Use Policy

Using KLAS Data

Vendors wishing to share KLAS data outside of their organizations may do so in accordance with the KLAS Data Use Policy. Data that used in an inaccurate or partial manner will be subject to a KLAS Klarification.

Data Use Questions?

Vendors are strongly encouraged to review and apply the KLAS Data Use Policy themselves. Vendors with questions may submit their press materials to the KLAS Communications team for review. The data review process is as follows:

1. Submit press or marketing materials via email at logo@KLASresearch.com.
2. For review purposes, any references to KLAS data must contain a comment box detailing the report name and page number from which the data was taken.
3. Allow 3-5 business days for KLAS approval of press releases and 5 business days to process other marketing collateral.
