What it means to work with KLAS!
Accurate, Honest, and Impartial. This is phrase embodies what our clients and partners expect from KLAS Enterprises; it is part of each of us. It is what we expect each candidate to be.
We seek the driven. We seek the standout. We seek the brightest. We seek the passionate. We seek the caring. We seek those who put others first. We seek the positive. We seek those who want to make a difference – and do.
“Our employees are our most important asset.” This statement is made in a too common and casual way these days. At KLAS, we believe that our actions speak louder than words, and we shout this phrase with confidence. In the words of our president, “We will always be more than fair.”
With great people comes a great environment. We have honest, hard-working people at KLAS, and we band together to do what is right. We believe in our work and feel it a noble cause to do what we’re doing. We know that our hard work will make a difference in an important industry. We enjoy the company of our peers and their families, and look for any excuse to celebrate something.
Whether it’s big paydays from peer recognition, taking the whole company to play at Boondocks, or even through the benefits we offer, we want each of our employees to feel the bigger-than-paycheck appreciation we have for who they are and the great work they do.
Our benefits:
- We offer excellent, comprehensive healthcare coverage through SelectHealth to full-time employees. KLAS pays 90% of the premium. We keep the deductible and out-of-pocket maximums low, and the coverage high.

- Whatever else we feel like offering. Great work means great benefits.
- Oh yeah, and there’s team “fun” budgets, Hawaiian Wednesdays, community service/charitable opportunities, pot luck Thursdays, a general overabundance of catered lunches, a beautiful office, referral bonuses, company parties…you get the general idea.
If you match what we seek, we want to hear from you. If you were referred, we want know by whom.
